Prices exclude applicable VAT. Annual plans are paid upfront. No Pelotio booking commission; your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees. Online payments need an activated, compatible club payment terminal.

• Can players book 60, 90 or 120 minutes?

  Yes. You choose which lengths each court offers, up to six from 30 to 240 minutes, and set a price for each one.

• Does it handle indoor and outdoor courts?

  Yes. Each court says whether it’s indoor or outdoor and whether it has glass walls, panoramic glass, artificial grass or lights, and can have its own price.

• Can players find a fourth?

  Yes. Players open the spots in their game, and others at their level join it. Anyone with the game’s link can take a spot too.

• Can we run padel tournaments?

  Yes. Americano, round robin, knockout or groups then knockout, by category, with sign-ups and entry fees. Players follow the draw on their phones.

• What counts as a court?

  A court is one physical playing space that can be booked on its own, such as a padel court, tennis court, football pitch or pickleball court. If your spaces can be divided, combined or booked in different ways, talk to us so we can confirm the right setup.

• Can we try Pelotio before subscribing?

  Yes. We offer a 30-day assisted trial, starting when your club is ready to take bookings. We help you configure the essentials so you can try Pelotio with your team and players.
