• What can I manage with Pelotio?

  Manage your courts, availability, bookings, prices, closures, staff access and tournaments from one platform. Players can discover your club, book courts and enter your published tournaments through the player experience.

• How much does Pelotio cost?

  We offer three plans. Start costs €49 a month, or €39 a month on an annual plan (€468 a year). Club costs €99 a month, or €79 a month on an annual plan (€948 a year). Pro starts at €199 a month, or from €159 a month on an annual plan (from €1,908 a year). Prices exclude applicable VAT. Annual plans are paid upfront. Pro pricing depends on the agreed configuration and service scope.

• Which plan is right for my club?

  Start is designed for small operations with up to two courts and one active tournament at a time. Club supports up to eight courts and tournaments at the same time. Pro is for larger single-site operations with up to sixteen courts and more hands-on onboarding and support.

• What counts as a court?

  A court is one physical playing space that can be booked on its own, such as a padel court, tennis court, football pitch or pickleball court. If your spaces can be divided, combined or booked in different ways, talk to us so we can confirm the right setup.

• Does Pelotio take a commission on bookings?

  No. Pelotio charges your club a subscription rather than a percentage of each booking. Your bank or payment provider may still charge processing fees under your own agreement.

• Are online payments included?

  Online payments are included in every plan, once activated for your club. You need a compatible payment terminal and the required services enabled by your bank or payment provider. We confirm compatibility during setup.

• Where does the money from bookings go?

  Online booking payments go through your club’s own compatible payment terminal and are settled to your club under your bank’s agreement. Your Pelotio subscription is billed separately.

• Are there limits on bookings, players or staff accounts?

  There are no commercial caps on ordinary bookings, registered players or staff seats within your plan. Court capacity and tournament concurrency vary by plan. Fair-use conditions apply to prevent abuse; bulk marketing and bespoke services are not included as unlimited usage.

• Are tournaments included?

  Yes. Start includes one active tournament at a time, while Club and Pro allow tournaments at the same time with no commercial cap. Several categories within the same tournament count as one tournament.

• Can you help us move from another system?

  Yes. We review your current setup and agree what can be transferred before you switch. Standard onboarding is included within an agreed scope; complex data cleanup, custom migration or on-site work is quoted separately. Some information, including saved payment details, may not be transferable.

• Can we try Pelotio before subscribing?

  Yes. We offer a 30-day assisted trial, starting when your club is ready to take bookings. We help you configure the essentials so you can try Pelotio with your team and players.

• Do we need new equipment or a separate app for staff?

  You can manage your club in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Managing bookings needs no special hardware. Online payments need a compatible payment setup; access-control equipment is not included in the standard plans.

• Can we change plans or cancel?

  Contact us when your club’s needs change, and we’ll arrange a suitable plan change. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year, with cancellation and refund conditions stated in your agreement.

• What if we have more than sixteen courts or several locations?

  Talk to us before choosing a plan. We’ll review your requirements and confirm what Pelotio can support today, the right pricing and any limitations. Reporting across locations and other specialist requirements are not automatically included.

• What support is included?

  Every plan includes email support. Club adds staff training during onboarding, while Pro includes more training and priority handling during business hours. Any custom service or response-time commitment is agreed separately.
